YHCB series of circular gear oil pump is mainly used in conveying viscosity at 5 ~ 1500cSt and temperature does not exceed 80 ℃,non-corrosive liquid without solid particles, such as gasoline,kerosene,diesel oil and mechanical lubricating oil, also can be used in hydraulic transmission system. According to customer needs different material of main components of the pump can be chosen , conveying appropriate concentration of acid, alkali, benzene, toluene, acetylene, alcohols, alkene, esters, Ketones and all kinds of chemical medium.

Trouble shooting
At start-up
Check pump rotation is correct (2-3 seconds).
Check flushing liquid to seal or gland is available at the pump.
Check for alignment and a dust free coupling.
